HISTORY

Mother Teresa School started on July, 2003 with K.G. section having 17 students. The primary section (STD-1 to 4) was started June-2004. Fr. Jose Mangalam CMI was the founder principal of the school. Fr.Jose Mangalam CMI served the school as the principal from 2004 to 2007. In the year June 2007, High School section was started. Fr.Johnson Kadaparmpil CMI took charge as principal in the month of June-2007 and he served the school till may-2008.In June 2008, Fr.Kuriakose Palakat CMI took charge as principal and served the school till December -2008.In the Month of December -2018, Fr.Binoy Elavunkal CMI took charge as principal of the school. Fr.Jose Mangalam CMI (2007-2008),Fr.Benny Thakarappilly CMI(June 2008-April 2010) ,Fr.Joseph Karikattu CMI (May-2010……)served as the manager of the school.

In 1996, St.Xavier’s Province under (Deepak Mandal Trust) bought the present property at Jamjodhpur on Gingani Road.Fr.Jemes Nellikunnel CMI was instrumental in buying this land and initial paper works were done by Fr.James Kachappilly CMI . Thereafter in July 1997, Fr.Jose Mangalam CMI took charge and did all other initial works. The foundation stone of the building was laid on July 14, 2003.In March-2010, the first batch of 18 students appeared for SSC Board Examination.
